4. Cancellations must be made prior to June 19, 2012, and are subject to a $50.00 per person handling fee. Cancellations made after June 19, 2012 will forfeit the entire deposit(s). All Sugarloaf reservations must be received by June 19, 2012.

5. One- and Two- Bedroom Suites are available in the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel. Please call Sugarloaf reservations for rates & information.

6. Rates include daily accommodations and access to Sugarloaf Sports & Fitness Center.
